BE THE ONE
who adds new eBooks and audiobooks to the Library Collection during the
24 HOUR GIVING CHALLENGE

Tuesday, May 1 12:00 noon
to Wednesday, May 2 12:00 noon

THE CHALLENGE: Sarasota County libraries do not have sufficient tax dollars to meet the current demand for e-books and audiobooks. Long wait times (sometimes months!) are common for patrons who reserve current bestsellers. Children often cannot download the books they need for school assignments.

THE SOLUTION: The Library Foundation for Sarasota County has launched a Digital Resources Campaign to raise $200,000 in new private contributions to provide a one-time gift of new digital resources to our libraries. This will enable our libraries to add nearly 8,000 new e-books, audiobooks and databases to the online collection.

DOUBLE YOUR IMPACT!
Every unique gift up to $100 made during the Giving Challenge will be matched 1:1.
