My Favorite Book:
“The Alchemist,” by Paulo Coelho

Why I serve
I believe public libraries serve as vital pillars within communities, offering far more than just reading materials. They continually evolve to provide safe, quiet, and inclusive spaces for all ages, while fostering lifelong educational opportunities.

A Pennsylvania native, Kendall has only recently called Sarasota home. She acquired her BA in Business Administration from Clayton State University in Georgia and has held positions in both Human Resources and Higher Education: focusing on creating and maintaining strong relationships with employees and students. In her spare time, she enjoys personal training and motivating and challenging her clients to achieve their fitness goals. An avid reader and writer, she is elated to join the amazing team at the Library Foundation and support Sarasota’s Libraries.
